Where You’ll Make a Difference
Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and internal material flow
Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, labeling, and storage of incoming materials
Oversee shipping activities to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment
Coordinate material movement to support production needs and schedules
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock verification, and discrepancy resolution
Ensure proper stock rotation using FEFO principles
Support production by ensuring timely staging and delivery of materials and packaging
Drive compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety standards across warehouse operations
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for efficiency, safety, and organization
What Makes You the Right Fit
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
+3–5 years of warehouse experience, ideally within food or manufacturing environments
Experience coordinating shipping, receiving, and internal material flow in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of inventory control practices, including cycle counting and stock rotation (FEFO)
Familiarity with ERP systems (QAD preferred) and warehouse scanning tools
Ability to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (GMP/HACCP)
Strong organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and shifts
Ability to perform hands-on work, including physical tasks and working in temperature-controlled environments
How You Would Stand Out
Previous experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments
Forklift and/or reach truck certification
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
