ProSidian Seeks a Transportation Safety Program Manager [Key Personnel | Program Manager - Exempt 874-1 Consultant] located: The United States to provide Transportation Sector related Other Solutions for National Survey of Attitudes and Beliefs on Driving, Drinking, and Drug Use on behalf of U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).  These services are considered part of The ProSidian Transport & Logistics  Sector Group with overall focus being  Transport & Logistics (TLT) Sector Group: Solutions To Move Transport & Logistics Strategy Forward.  for clients such as National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). As part of a collaborative venture with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), we are seeking a seasoned and adept Program Manager to lead a comprehensive survey project aimed at enhancing road safety and reducing the risks associated with impaired driving. This unique opportunity allows you to play a pivotal role in a research initiative that aligns with our mission to create impactful change. By joining our team, you will spearhead a significant project that has the potential to contribute to safer roadways and improved public safety. Job Overview: As the Program Manager, you will take center stage in orchestrating this critical research endeavor. Your leadership will guide the project from its inception to the delivery of valuable insights, making a tangible impact on road safety practices. Responsibilities and Duties: Lead the strategic planning and day-to-day administration of the research project, ensuring alignment with NHTSA's objectives and established milestones. Organize and facilitate virtual kickoff meetings involving NHTSA representatives and our dedicated engagement team. Foster open lines of communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to develop and implement a detailed work plan, milestones, and deliverables timeline. Address disparities between NHTSA's requirements and our technical approach, working to harmonize the project's execution. Oversee the preparation of materials, sampling strategies, web survey hosting, data collection, and comprehensive report generation. Secure regulatory clearances from pertinent entities (OMB, IRB, Federal privacy office) prior to embarking on data collection. Desired Qualifications For Program Manager | Key Personnel | Program Manager - Exempt 874-1 Consultant Candidates: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated expertise in program or project management, ideally within the transportation, public health, or research domains. Exceptional leadership acumen, enabling you to guide and motivate cross-functional teams while steering the project toward success. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and engagement with stakeholders. A track record of managing multifaceted projects involving diverse stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables. Familiarity with the intricate regulatory landscape governing research projects, encompassing considerations such as IRB protocols and data privacy. Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, JIRA) to monitor progress and manage tasks.
