We provide services to Fortune 500 and mid-size companies to meet their talent needs with high quality IT resources through Staff Augmentation, Global Talent Management, Value Added Services through CLASS (Competency Leveraged Advanced Staffing & Solutions) Permanent Placement Services and Vendor Management Programs.  Bilingual: French and English Shift: Tuesday – Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM or Sunday – Thursday 9:30 AM to 6:00 AM Job Description: • Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. • Possesses expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as, an understanding of the IT organization’s systems and capabilities. • Analyzes business partners operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. • Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. • Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprises competitive edge. • May make recommendations for buy versus build decision. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience. • Typically has 3 to 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
