In this role, you will: Review payable reports to identify payments ready for processing Research and resolve discrepancies, including missing carrier statements Prepare final payable reports and supporting documentation Process customer return payments as needed Prepare broker payable reports and monthly broker payments Process additional payment requests through checks, ACH, and wire transactions Assist with journal entry preparation and financial record maintenance Maintain accurate and timely documentation in company systems Partner with various teams to investigate and resolve transaction-related inquiries Support internal controls and compliance requirements surrounding payment processes Build strong working relationships across the organization through effective communication and collaboration Why Brown & Brown?
