This is a hands-on role. You’ll be working directly with real systems and real teams, driving projects from concept through launch and making sure what gets built actually works on the floor. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end automation projects Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables Coordinate with ops, engineering, vendors Oversee installation and system go-live Support commissioning and startups Identify risks and drive solutions Partner with operations on performance Drive post-launch improvements What You Bring 3+ years project management experience Background in robotics or automation Material handling systems exposure Strong project execution skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working on the floor Strong communication across teams
