Compensation range: $108,000 - $130,000/year
The base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
Location: Remote, if in the Seattle area, role will be Hybrid, in office 3 days a week

Position Summary
About the Role
We're looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to support business decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. In this role, you'll play a key part in budgeting, performance tracking, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth — while serving as a trusted partner to internal teams and clients.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning
Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
Partner with cross-functional teams — including Corporate Accounting & Finance and Operations & Services — to support business initiatives
Conduct ad hoc analysis on key business drivers and KPIs
Help prepare presentations for senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role (3+ years with an MBA)
Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
Experience with financial systems (e.g., Core) and/or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, or willingness to develop it
Nice to Have
MBA, CFA, or CPA (or progress toward certification)
Experience in the furniture, workplace solutions, or services industry
Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools
