This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to deepen their expertise in modern web technologies, platform engineering, CI/CD automation, and large-scale enterprise front-end architecture while supporting a mission-driven organization focused on student success.

Support deployment and release processes using Octopus Deploy and ArgoCD
Establish and promote front-end standards for code quality, testing, accessibility, performance, and maintainability
Collaborate with application teams to identify platform needs and reduce development friction
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and architecture discussions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving build systems, deployment pipelines, development tooling, and platform infrastructure
Monitor platform health and continuously improve reliability, scalability, and developer productivity

Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with cloud-native development and deployment practices
Understanding of software architecture principles, modular design, and scalable application development
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Nx monorepos in large-scale Angular environments
Experience building internal developer platforms, tooling, or engineering enablement solutions
Experience with GitHub Actions for build, test, and deployment automation

Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and application telemetry solutions
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Passion for developer experience, platform reliability, and engineering excellence
Why Join the Web Platform Team? Shape the front-end development experience across the organization
