Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview): Spry Methods is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for both active government contracts and strategic growth initiatives. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, program leadership, and the Business Development team to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
