Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies, including ERP, EPM, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and APEX. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end solution delivery, driving modern integration and reporting capabilities, and enabling scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives .
Responsibilities
Owning end-to-end delivery across the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Oracle ERP, EPM, OIC, OTBI, and APEX solutions
Designing and developing scalable integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , including API-based, file-based, and event-driven integrations across ERP, EPM, and external systems
Building and enhancing Oracle ERP and EPM solutions , including configurations, custom extensions, data integrations, and financial process automation
Developing and optimizing OTBI reports and dashboards to support real-time analytics and business decision-making
Designing and delivering APEX applications to improve user experience, automate workflows, and extend Oracle Cloud capabilities
Leading code reviews and technical design discussions , ensuring adherence to engineering standards, security requirements, and best practices
Identifying, managing, and remediating technical debt across integrations, applications, and reporting solutions
Providing L2/L3 production support , troubleshooting complex system and data issues, and ensuring system availability and performance
Solving complex technical problems, making sound trade-offs, and delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions with minimal guidance
Acting as a technical mentor and resource to junior engineers, guiding implementation approaches and supporting team development
Business Knowledge
Applies strong understanding of finance, procurement, and enterprise business processes within Oracle ERP and EPM ecosystems
Translates business requirements into scalable and sustainable technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
Partners effectively with stakeholders across business and technology teams to drive modernization and automation initiatives
Aligns engineering decisions with business priorities, data integrity, and operational efficiency goals
Qualifications
Required:
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) (integrations, orchestration, APIs)
- Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, Procurement, Projects, etc.)
- Oracle EPM (FCCS, ARCS, PBCS, TRCS, EDMCS)
- OTBI / BI reporting and data models
- Oracle APEX application development
Proven expertise in end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery models
Experience designing integration architectures, data flows, and APIs across enterprise systems
Strong skills in data modeling, debugging, performance tuning, and production support
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead workstreams, and act as a technical expert within the team
Preferred:
Exposure to AI/ML-driven solutions, enterprise copilots, and agent-based workflows for automation and decisioning
Ability to identify and implement AI-enabled use cases across Source-to-Pay, finance, and reporting domains
Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and hybrid architecture patterns
Strong expertise in integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs, SOA, file-based, middleware integrations)
Experience integrating Oracle platforms with third-party systems (procurement, finance, banking, SaaS platforms)
Proficiency in financial processes (Procure-to-Pay, Financial Close, Reconciliation, Subledger Accounting)
Hands-on experience with performance tuning, data optimization, and large-scale data migrations across ERP/EPM
Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated deployments for OIC/APEX/Oracle Cloud)
Familiarity with security and compliance (RBAC, OAuth, SSO, SOX, audit controls)
Experience working in large, cross-functional enterprise environments with distributed teams
Ability to influence architecture decisions, drive reusable frameworks, and standardize solutions
Proven experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical capability development across teams
