THE OPPORTUNITY 📈 We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join Honeydew’s talented and growing Design team. This is a full ownership role, as you'll take design problems from first principles through to final specs. What You'll Do - Own product areas end-to-end: problem framing, flows, wireframes, and prototypes - Build and maintain a design system that scales as the product grows - Work closely with Product and Engineering throughout the build process - Run lightweight research and usability testing to validate direction - Contribute design output that informs both engineering and broader product decisions What We're Looking For - Experience with end-to-end ownership — you understood the problem, drove the solution, and saw it through to delivery - Strong systems thinking: design systems, component libraries, or work that demonstrates consistency at scale - Strong ability to lead Design Reviews, clearly articulating complex UX ideas and getting the right feedback - Startup experience where you've had to create structure from scratch - Recent experience using AI-assisted tools where they genuinely add speed or quality - Experience in healthcare and/or e-commerce a plus YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF… - You love rolling up your sleeves and building from the ground up - You love talking to people and being curious about their journey - You care about finding the right match and best outcome - You are empathetic, driven, and operate with high integrity - You believe healthcare should be accessible to everyone, not just the privileged few - You find joy in doing work that matters WHAT YOU GET - Direct impact you can measure - Ability to grow within the company - $100 monthly tech stipend - Free Honeydew membership - Direct access to new dermatology treatments - 20% off Honeydew products - Bi-monthly get togethers - Peer-to-peer recognition through Motivosity - Health insurance & HSA match - 401(k) retirement savings with employer match - Unlimited time off NYC Hybrid: 2 days per week in our West Village office. The target base salary for this role is $166,000 – $179,000. Final offers are calibrated based on your specific skill set, depth of experience, and geographic location.
