Senior Manager, Performance Marketing - Internal Only

Your job As a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution of performance creative initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes across digital channels. On a day-to-day basis, you will oversee agency partners, guide the development and optimization of performance creative, and partner closely with Performance Media, Marketing Science, and cross-functional teams to develop, test, measure, and refine campaigns. You will establish scalable creative processes, communicate performance insights to executive audiences, and continuously improve creative effectiveness through data-driven experimentation and ongoing optimization to achieve key performance marketing goals. Expert in creative briefing, development, team management, and creative operations/process design within agency or large corporate environments Experience building performance marketing testing roadmaps and ongoing learning agendas to drive optimization Deep experience across media platforms, including social media, audio, CTV, and broadcast channels Experience applying both quantitative and qualitative creative research methods Ability to synthesize actionable insights from performance analytics, cultural research, competitive analysis, and industry best practices Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams, plus working knowledge of generative AI capabilities Our mission As the world’s number 1 job site*, our mission is to help people get jobs.
