About the Role We are Maersk, and we are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Partner to support a large-scale integrated Supply Chain Management operation. This role will play a critical part in managing end-to-end logistics activities while leveraging data, systems, and operational insights to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
As a trusted partner to both customers and internal stakeholders, you will oversee operational execution, identify improvement opportunities, analyze performance trends, and drive excellence across complex logistics processes. This position is ideal for professionals who combine strong logistics expertise with analytical thinking, systems knowledge, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Execute customer programs in accordance with defined SOPs, IOPs, and KPIs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a trusted operational advisor
Support end-to-end transportation and supply chain operations across multiple modes
Analyze service performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions
Lead operational reviews and prepare KPI reporting for customers and leadership teams
Coordinate new projects, system enhancements, and operational initiatives
Manage operational exceptions and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Collaborate with Control Tower, Program Management, and Global Service Center teams
Drive continuous improvement efforts through root-cause analysis and performance management
Who We Are Looking For 2+ years of experience within logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, transportation, or customer operations
Experience with both import and export operations strongly preferred
Supply Chain Management and Control Tower experience highly desirable
Strong systems knowledge and comfort working with transportation management platforms
Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills
Ability to identify business trends and process improvement opportunities
Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure
Strong proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and operational analytics
Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 annually
Bonus: 10% annual bonus opportunity
