Dealership: L0257 Cadillac of Portland Cadillac of Portland Now Hiring – Sales Representatives Pay: Commission-based payplan; estimated annual earnings $70,000 - $200,000 Schedule: Ideal candidate has open availability to work any day/shift; to be discussed at interview Department Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:30am - 7:00pm, Sunday 11:00am - 6:00pm Why Join Our Team? We consistently are a 250-300 car per month store and are expanding our sales team to keep up with demand! With a great line up of 400+ cars on the ground, we provide an excellent selling environment and potential for earning! What You'll Do Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers. Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers. Track customers using store specific management system/s. Remain current on new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses. What You'll Bring Experience in automotive sales is great but not required - we have salespeople with zero experience making $100,000 -$200,000 per year! Excellent interpersonal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills and working knowledge of computers. Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
