BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, relationship-driven Registered Nurse to join our Burlington (BUR) Assistive Care office as a Clinical Manager.This office supports clients across Burlington county.
In this role, you will help lead a team that supports adult and senior clients who want to remain safely and comfortably at home. You’ll partner closely with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff to ensure high-quality care, strong communication, and an exceptional client experience.

What you’ll do
Lead, mentor, and support caregivers and field staff in delivering compassionate, dependable care
Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, supervisory visits, and service check-ins
Oversee care planning, client documentation, and communication with families and internal teams
Supervise and support Home Health Aides in the field, including orientation, training, and skills validation
Help coordinate schedules and services to support continuity of care
Partner with office leadership on quality, compliance, and client satisfaction
Respond to changes in client needs and help ensure care plans remain accurate, timely, and client-centered

What we’re looking for
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
At least 2 years of RN experience
Home care, assistive care, personal care, or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Comfort balancing office responsibilities with field-based client visits
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
A genuine passion for helping clients live safely and with dignity at home
Schedule & Work Environment
Full-time position
Monday through Friday, daytime office hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Combination of office-based leadership and field-based client visits
Flexibility needed to support client needs, caregiver supervision, and service continuity
Occasional local travel for client visits, supervisory visits, meetings, and community engagement
