The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all retail operations across the organization. This role provides direct leadership to Retail Store Managers and is accountable for driving sales performance, operational excellence, customer experience, workforce planning, compliance, and consistent execution across all retail locations.  The Retail Operations Manager serves as the primary liaison between retail stores and corporate departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives while fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
