Driver Recruiter (Entry Level) – Central Transport | Warren, MI

We’re hiring a Driver Recruiter to join our team at Central Transport’s headquarters in Warren, MI. You’ll play a key role in hiring CDL drivers and other critical positions across our network. If you’re competitive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call environment, you’ll do well here.

What you’ll do:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles
Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach
Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
Make 30–50 outbound calls and handle 15–20 inbound calls daily
Track candidates and activity in ATS/HR systems
Keep pipelines full and hiring managers supported
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, Logistics, or similar preferred)
Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office, systems navigation)
Bonus: experience with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet
