ProSidian Seeks a Project Manager (PM) - Transportation Safety [Key Personnel | Program Manager - Exempt 874-1 Consultant] located: The United States to provide Transportation Sector related Other Solutions for National Survey of Attitudes and Beliefs on Driving, Drinking, and Drug Use on behalf of U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). These services are considered part of The ProSidian Transport & Logistics Sector Group with overall focus being Transport & Logistics (TLT) Sector Group: Solutions To Move Transport & Logistics Strategy Forward. for clients such as National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
JOB OVERVIEW
ProSidian, a dynamic management and consulting firm, is seeking an accomplished Project Manager (PM) to lead a groundbreaking project focusing on comprehending drivers' attitudes and behaviors related to alcohol and non-alcohol drug use. The Project Manager (PM) will serve as the driving force behind this initiative, responsible for orchestrating technical and administrative aspects while acting as the primary contact between our team and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
As part of a collaborative venture with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), we are seeking a seasoned and adept Project Manager (PM) to lead a comprehensive survey project aimed at enhancing road safety and reducing the risks associated with impaired driving. This unique opportunity allows you to play a pivotal role in a research initiative that aligns with our mission to create impactful change. By joining our team, you will spearhead a significant project that has the potential to contribute to safer roadways and improved public safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to guide the project team towards successful execution.
Foster a collaborative partnership with NHTSA representatives to align objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
Develop, implement, and monitor the project work plan, ensuring alignment with NHTSA requirements and project goals.
Oversee research endeavors, encompassing survey design, meticulous data analysis, and the formulation of comprehensive reports.
Ensure meticulous compliance with project management protocols and procedures stipulated in the task order.
Act as the key liaison between our team and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and other authorized stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications For Project Manager (PM) | Key Personnel | Program Manager - Exempt 874-1 Consultant Candidates:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of 5 years' adeptness in orchestrating multifaceted research projects, preferably within the realm of traffic safety or public health.
Exemplary communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
A proven track record of efficaciously leading and managing cross-functional teams.
Adeptness in survey design, data analysis, and articulating findings within comprehensive reports.
Proficiency in project management best practices and methodologies.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field (e.g., Public Health, Social Sciences, Management).
A master's degree or higher is desirable.
A minimum of 5 years' expertise in spearheading research projects.
