ProSidian Seeks a Program Manager (PM) – Family Advocacy Program | Program Oversight and Contract Management [DOA0008007] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located Fort Bragg, NC Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting support services that supplement Soldier readiness and the well-being of the Army Family.
Seeking Program Manager (PM) – Family Advocacy Program candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as DOA. This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Program Oversight and Contract Management Functional Area Professional - Leadership Oversight Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as a Leadership Oversight (Program Manager (PM) – Family Advocacy Program) in the DOD/Military Industry Sector focusing on Program / Project Management Solutions for clients such as Department of Army (DOA) | Fort Bragg Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Generally Located In Fort Bragg, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Manager (PM) – Family Advocacy Program | Program Oversight and Contract Management [DOA0008007]
Oversee contract execution and supervise project staff.
Serve as liaison with the Government’s COR and FAPM.
Ensure regulatory compliance and SOP adherence.
Manage budget, reporting, scheduling, and performance reviews.
Coordinate interdepartmental and stakeholder relationships.
Desired Qualifications For Program Manager (PM) – Family Advocacy Program | Program Oversight and Contract Management [DOA0008007] (DOA0008007) Candidates:
Minimum 7–10 years of project/program management experience in DoD/government environments.
Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Public Administration, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field; Master’s preferred.
PMP or equivalent certification desirable.
Skills Required
Leadership, organizational management, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement.
Competencies Required
Strategic planning, critical thinking, ethical decision-making, risk mitigation.

Engages with Data Analyst to validate program metrics.
Provides oversight to Training Specialist to ensure curriculum compliance
