Seeking Program Manager (PM) – Family Advocacy Program candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as DOA.  This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Program Oversight and Contract Management Functional Area Professional - Leadership Oversight Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Manager (PM) – Family Advocacy Program | Program Oversight and Contract Management [DOA0008007] Oversee contract execution and supervise project staff. Serve as liaison with the Government’s COR and FAPM. Ensure regulatory compliance and SOP adherence. Manage budget, reporting, scheduling, and performance reviews. Coordinate interdepartmental and stakeholder relationships. Desired Qualifications For Program Manager (PM) – Family Advocacy Program | Program Oversight and Contract Management [DOA0008007] (DOA0008007) Candidates: Minimum 7–10 years of project/program management experience in DoD/government environments. Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s in Public Administration, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field; Master’s preferred.
