Brown & Brown is Seeking a Product Manager – Digital Distribution and Servicing to join our growing team.
How You Will Contribute
Define and own the digital product strategy for online insurance distribution and servicing
Translate business goals into a clear product roadmap aligned with growth, efficiency, and customer experience objectives
Identify opportunities to expand digital channels (e.g. aggregator platforms, direct-to-consumer, embedded insurance)
Drive improvements in quote-to-bind journeys, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Optimize digital funnels across web, mobile, and partner ecosystems
Lead experimentation (A/B testing) to continuously improve acquisition performance
Design and deliver scalable self-service capabilities (policy management, claims initiation, endorsements, renewals)
Reduce cost-to-serve through automation and intelligent workflows
Enhance customer experience through seamless omnichannel journeys
Define and track KPIs across the product lifecycle
Leverage data to prioritize backlog and inform product decisions
Partner with data science teams to embed personalization, pricing insights, and predictive models
Own the product backlog and work closely with engineering teams in agile delivery models
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features
Collaborate with underwriting, distribution, marketing, operations, and compliance teams
Align senior stakeholders on roadmap priorities and trade-offs
Act as the “voice of the customer” across internal forums
Ensure all digital journeys comply with regulatory requirements across relevant markets
Work closely with compliance and risk teams to embed controls within digital processes
Build and lead a high-performing team of digital product managers
Skills & Experience to Be Successful
5–10+ years of product management experience, ideally within insurance, fintech, or digital platforms
Strong experience in digital acquisition funnels and/or high-volume transactional products
Proven track record of delivering customer-facing digital products at scale
Deep understanding of digital distribution models (aggregators, direct, embedded)
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Insurance products (e.g. personal lines, SME, or specialty lines)
Knowledge of policy lifecycle (quote, bind, service, claims, renewals)
Familiarity with pricing, underwriting, and regulatory constraints
Able to travel up to 30%.
Experience in the insurance industry, including risk, and regulatory considerations. (preferred)
Pay Range
$150,000 - $160,000 Annual
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
