PRN Receptionist

Madrid Home is seeking a friendly and welcoming PRN Receptionist to work in our Madrid community. An ideal candidate will have a strong desire to provide a wonderful first impression, create fulfilling lifestyles for the people around them, and takes great pride in the service they provide. What you'll do:  Greet coworkers, residents, family members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner Cleans guestrooms on an as-needed basis, to ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for guests Answer telephones and relay messages, as needed Respond to emergency response pendants, as needed/required Carry and respond to universal emergency phone, if applicable. Provide services and supplies for residents such as forwarding mail, delivering packages and flowers, and submitting maintenance requests Assists departments with performing miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested What you'll need: Ability to work weekends (Required) Valid Drivers license and reliable vehicle (Preferred) Two years of related experience Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English Computer experience and general clerical skills Exceptional attendance  Servant spirit If you feel like you, or someone you know, would be a good fit for this opportunity within Western Home Communities- we would love to talk!
