The   Benefis   Health System Heart & Vascular Institute in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a n Interventiona l   Cardiologist   to join our team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians.    We are a regional referral center with   state-of-the-art   facilities and multidisciplinary teams, offering   cutting edge   heart and vascular services, dedicated to advancing heart health and providing compassionate, patient-centered care to our community in Northcentral Montana .       Practice   d etails     Seeking   a highly skilled and motivated interventional   cardiologist   with an interest in   relocating   to our community,   to join a multi-disciplinary practice of interventional,   and non-invasive cardiologists, cardiac thoracic/vascular surgeons,   electrophysiology   and other healthcare professionals delivering comprehensive patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings   Heart and Vascular services include cardiac catheterization,   invasive cardiovascular,   structural heart, cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgical services,   electrophysiology, cardiac rhythm management ,   and noninvasive cardiovascular, including electrocardiograms, stress testing, and cardiac rehabilitation   with great partnership from interventional radiology   Two fully functioning   cath   labs (with space for a third) new hybrid cardiac catheterization lab within the   cath   lab and full echo and nuclear labs     Dedicated progressive cardiovascular unit (PCVU) offering patient centered inpatient acute hospital care provided by dedicated cardiac nurses and physicians with robust hospitalist support    B rand-new outpatient office suite   and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation areas with 20 exam rooms   Opportunity to teach internal   medicine   residents and medical students and to do outreach to small communities.      Why we stand out     Stand alone, financially stable, not-for-profit health system led by a CEO with a 20+ year tenure     Over 4 4 0 employed providers on medical staff      Regional tertiary center with robust specialty support including neurosurgery, pulmonology, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, advanced gastroenterology, interventional radiology, and more !     Patient focused, quality community and regional medical care     Epic electronic medical record and good clinical support staffing structures     Community airport with direct flights to SEA, DEN, MSP, ORD, PHX and LAS   How we support you     Nationally competitive compensation structures with guaranteed salaries + productivity and performance bonuses      8 weeks   paid time off (6 PTO, 2 CME)     Generous sign-on / relocation bonus     Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues      5-7% retirement match + 457b program     Paid malpractice + tail     Physician wellness programs focused on personal and professional development      Monthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadership to bring ideas forward and solve issues      Immigration support with established immigration council     Great Falls   is known as Montana’s base camp for art and adventure with a city population of 70,000, and a draw of over   275,000 people   in north central Montana.
