Outreach & Growth Representative

Outreach & Growth Representative Pay: $60,000 Per Year + Commission Job Type: Full-Time  We’re growing at Greater Goals ABA Corp —and we want you to grow with us!  We here at Greater Goals ABA are on the hunt for an Outreach & Growth Representative to help accelerate our growth and expand our presence in key markets. RESPONSIBILITIES Complete 12–15 drop-in per day, targeting 8–10 meaningful referral contacts per day Submit new clients to intake teams accurately and monitor the pipeline from lead to active service Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases; serving as liaison between field staff and headquarters Build and maintain relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations Report weekly on outreach activity, referral pipeline, and conversion metric  QUALIFICATIONS  Required : Highschool Diploma  Required : minimum 2 years of relevant experience  Preferred : Bachelor's or Associate's Degree  SKILLS Experience in community outreach, business development, or client acquisition Experience managing a sales or referral pipeline with documented results Ability to independently manage a field-based schedule with high accountability Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Knowledge of ABA services and the autism/behavioral health community is a plus  WHAT SETS YOU APART?
