Compensation Base Salary:$90,000-$105,000 annually (based on experience) Performance Bonus:Eligible to earn an annual bonus of up to 20% of your base salary, based on individual and branch performance. Operations Manager Location: Deer Park, NY (Onsite) We're seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee installation and branch operations for our Long Island location. You'll lead daily operations, develop and mentor your team, drive financial performance, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional installation experience. Our Deer Park branch is one of our newer locations and continues to grow, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who wants to make a meaningful impact while helping shape the branch's long-term success.
