Felix Construction is looking for a driven, self-motivated marketing professional to lead our marketing initiatives in Texas. This is a growth-oriented position: you'll start by learning our business, operations, and culture while executing on established priorities, then grow into full ownership of all Texas marketing efforts. Because your supervisor is based out of state, this role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and follow through on commitments with minimal day-to-day oversight. The work schedule is flexible with at least 3 days in office.
