We are a leading healthcare manufacturing company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Financial Analyst (Finance Specialist) to support our Manufacturing Controller. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports related to manufacturing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard cost updates, and variance analysis
Monitor and interpret manufacturing KPIs and financial performance metrics, providing actionable insights
Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, including data preparation and analysis
Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, and corporate finance) to support business decisions
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality
Assist the Controller with ad hoc analysis and strategic financial initiatives
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2–3 years of relevant experience , preferably in manufacturing, cost accounting, or a related environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with ERP systems required; SAP experience is a plus but not mandatory
Experience with Power BI will be a plus.
