Job Description In a nutshell The  IT Project Manager will work closely with the IT Solutions Director, program leadership, and cross-functional IT teams to successfully deliver multiple technical initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting across several technical workstreams. How can you help us?   The successful candidate will ensure all technical projects & streams remain on track by actively managing project schedules, dependencies, monitoring execution, identifying and mitigating risks early, and ensuring readiness for upcoming milestones. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and clear, effective communication with multidisciplinary teams are essential to keep stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the program lifecycle. The IT Technical Project Manager will also collaborate closely with product owners, architects, technical leads, functional consultants, developers, QA and data teams, as well as external implementation partners. This role ensures consistent delivery practices, adherence to Eurofins’ standards, and strong integration across all technical domains. Role Requirements and Objectives: Creating deployment plans in alignment with business teams Co-ordinating & planning activities with business teams Co-ordinating & planning IT activities with wider Eurofins IT Teams within forensics and group IT Driving multiple workstreams to achieve a common goal. Reporting on activities and outcomes to stakeholders including risks and blockers Key driver to unblock the activities leveraging help from stakeholders. Are you our kind of extraordinary? Minimum 5–7 years  of experience managing complex technical IT projects in highly regulated environments, Preferably good understanding of Java technology stack, Solid and proven experience supervising multiple concurrent workstreams within a larger program, ideally in an international or multi‑site deployment context, Highly disciplined and organized and being able to bring structure, clarity, and reliable follow‑through to complex, fast‑moving project environments, Ability to switch context quickly across different technical topics and stakeholders, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to summarize complex technical information for senior leadership and tailor communication, content and language to various groups of program stakeholders, Advanced Azure DevOps, Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience preparing high-quality project status decks and steering‑committee materials, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage, Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Good to know: Travel Requirements:  Occasional travel (2-3 days per month) to regional offices, subsidiaries, or project sites may be required to support specific project events and activities (France, Belgium and UK).
