This is a global role working across Anthesis' international footprint, combining the analytical and technical rigor of financial data transformation with a strong business mindset: the successful candidate will own core FP&A deliverables — financial reporting, forecasting, management accounts preparation and variance analysis — while also improving and automating the underlying processes, building dashboards for decision-making, and acting as a technical-functional partner between the finance team and local business teams across countries.  We are looking for someone as comfortable running FP&A processes — reporting, forecasting, variance analysis — as they are automating and improving them with Power Query, advanced Excel and some level of coding, turning data into actionable insight for the business.
