Overview:
Supports project teams using a wide range of developing professional skills. Performs basic experiential branding design and technical tasks requiring application of standard techniques and knowledge while working under general supervision. Eager to learn, highly organized and willing to contribute creatively to the team.
Responsibilities:
Works with project teams to provide experiential branding services (Environmental Branding, Branding, Signage & Wayfinding, Digital Experiences)
Creates client presentations that communicate experiential brand strategies and designs with guidance and in collaboration with team
Collaborates to create design intent documents and final production-ready artwork through close collaboration with team
Assists to create signage location plans and message schedules with guidance
Works with team to visualize ideas in two and three dimensions
Reviews feedback and takes direction from clients and manager, then works with team to design or alter projects to fit the vision, brand, and business needs
Meets deliverables, timelines and budgets of various projects in collaboration with manager
Interacts professionally with clients and team
Maintains and prioritizes multiple competing priorities within tight deadlines
May participate in client meetings as needed
Works to stay current on trends and developments in branding, graphic design, marketing, technology
Some travel may be required
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Accredited professional degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field
Typically, 0-3 years of experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Advanced – expert-level experience, knowledge or skills
Intermediate – experience, knowledge or skills required to produce high-quality solutions or work
Basic – familiar with primary concepts or capabilities and may perform elementary functions depending on role
Basic knowledge of programming software such as MS Office and CADtools (SketchUp or other 3D software) required
Basic experience with Revit required
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required
Basic understanding of working in a built-environment; ability to comprehend architectural scales, sections, plans and elevations required
Basic knowledge of experiential branding processes and its integration into architectural and construction processes required
Basic ability to communicate ideas in sketches and renderings required
Basic ability to plan assigned projects and execute as per the specifications of the established design required
Basic ability to problem solve and collaborate on innovative solutions required
Basic ability to work and collaborate in team environment required
Basic ability to work on multiple projects at the same time required
Basic ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected quality required
