Ensure standardized eDiscovery and litigation support procedures are consistently applied throughout each case
Serve as the eDiscovery SME for assigned matters, advising attorneys on best practices and procedural approaches
Gather attorney requirements and translate them into detailed work order tickets in case‑tracking systems
Oversee execution of all technical workflows including staging, culling, processing, and loading
Train and assist attorneys with search strategies, review workflows, and platform usage (e.g., Relativity Server or RelOne)
Run productions, prepare exhibits, and support analytics and AI‑driven workflows
Act as the primary technical representative for the matter, delivering or coordinating all required technical solutions
Ensure all activities comply with directives for secure handling of sensitive documents
Maintain organization, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced production environment
Manage relationships with case teams, technical staff, and other stakeholders across complex projects
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery and litigation support on large, complex matters
