SOSi is seeking experienced IT and cybersecurity professionals to support a large-scale Department of Defense enterprise modernization effort. These positions will play a critical role in delivering secure, mission-focused IT services spanning enterprise infrastructure, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, enterprise architecture, data management, and program leadership. Successful candidates will collaborate with Government stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to modernize enterprise capabilities, improve operational performance, and support the delivery of resilient, secure, and scalable technology solutions across a geographically dispersed environment.
The Cybersecurity Task Lead will provide technical leadership supporting enterprise cybersecurity operations, governance, risk management, compliance, vulnerability management, incident response, Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, threat hunting, penetration testing, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes supporting the DC3 Authorizing Official and Cybersecurity Directorate. The position will oversee the implementation and sustainment of enterprise cybersecurity capabilities to protect mission-critical systems while ensuring compliance with applicable DoD cybersecurity policies and standards.
Responsibilities
Lead enterprise cybersecurity operations
Manage RMF and ATO activities
Oversee ISSOs and cybersecurity engineers
Lead vulnerability management
Oversee SOC operations
Manage incident response
Support penetration testing
Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives
Coordinate with Government AO and ISSM
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
10+ years cybersecurity leadership
Experience with RMF
Experience leading enterprise cyber programs
Experience with vulnerability management
Experience supporting SOC operations
Active TS clearance
Preferred
CISSP
CISM
Security+
Experience supporting DoD Cyber organizations
Experience with cATO initiatives
Work Environment
Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations
Hybrid work model
Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700.
May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs
