Job Summary:
Support the Talent Acquisition team with college recruitment, networking, processes, reporting-needs, and other related projects of significance for the team.
Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
Job Description:
Tracks and analyzes data and reporting metrics
Documents and presents Talent Acquisition Team data and metrics to leadership.
Analyzes hiring trends by tracking applicant participation from hiring events
Partner with, and act as the point of contact for various colleges and organizations to assist with recruitment
Develop positive relationships with college contacts, organizations, and groups within the community by exchanging communications.
Initiate visits to college campuses/organizations for the Talent Acquisition Team.
Coordinate logistics for various Career Fairs.
Keeps required recruitment reporting in real-time.
Creates various pipelines within the community
Manages Referral Bonus Program
Responsible for tracking new referrals, cross-company referrals, sending payout information, handling inquiries, and presenting trends.
Schedules St. Elizabeth clinical visits & coordinates St. Elizabeth career fairs
Coordinate all communication with clinical instructors
Relay information to all parties involved
Plan St. Elizabeth hosted career fairs
Monitors/orders swag and coordinates Talent Acquisition Team’s efforts with Marketing
Orders and organizes swag and flyers for recruitment efforts.
Creates and edits flyers with Marketing.
Works on special projects with Marketing.
Assists associates and applicants with concerns via Recruiting email inbox and on the phone.
Answer telephones/emails/relays messages.
Provides back up support to Talent Acquisition Partners
Perform related duties based on departmental need and performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Credentials, Licenses:
Associate degree
Specialized Knowledge:
Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HRIS.
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, and ability to maintain confidential information.
Detail Oriented
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent customer services skills
Kind and Length of Experience:
1 year in an administrative role or in a human resources department
