Compliance - Senior Analyst (test)

Overview We are seeking Senior Analyst for Compliance group based in Hyderabad. The team works closely with the global Compliance team to support day to day management of the firm's compliance program, including implementing and enforcing policies and procedures such as the firm's Code of Ethics policies. The group is also integrally involved in monitoring and implementing controls designed to ensure compliance with global rules and regulations such as those concerning Insider Trading prevention, Anti-money laundering (AML), and global trading restrictions. The ideal candidate should possess a master's degree and at least 2-3 years of hedge fund operations or compliance experience. The candidate must have solid knowledge of the securities industry, as well as effective interpersonal and communication skills. He/She should be detail oriented, energetic & self-motivated, a strong team player, and should also demonstrate the ability to multi-task. Familiarity with U.S. and other regulatory agencies (SEC, CFTC, FCA, NFA, or FINRA) is a plus.
