Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Raritan, NJ DURATION:- 6+ Months (with possible extension) Job Description •              Experience in customer service and training coordination is required •              Must be able to solve complex business problems and present recommendations to senior management effectively •              Must have good planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills •              Must be able to define, shape, and drive projects to completion while effectively collaborating strategically with others with little supervision •              Must be able to influence others •              Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other MS office tools required. •              Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills required. •              Strong verbal and written skills. •              Results driven, quick learner and a self-starter required. •              Experience with Agile and SDLC is preferred Education: Bachelors  or Equivalent
