Position Overview:
As an Associate Product Manage r for DEWALT Expansion, you will be part of a team responsible for shaping and executing the product roadmap for lighting, audio, fans, and other expansion categories . In this role, you will support the development and launch of new products, and help manage product s throughout their lifecycle , with a focus on driving competitive advantage in the market . You'll get to:
End-User & Stakeholder Engagement : Gather and analyze customer feedback and ensure product requirements and improvements are prioritized. Complete on-site user observation to inform strategic roadmaps and drive innovation funnels . Research purchase intent drivers across end-users to build business strategy targets.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Conduct ongoing market research and competitor benchmarking, maintaining a keen awareness of industry trends and integrating insights into the overall Expansion strategy and developing into actionable programs . Identify innovation and growth opportunities through market trends and social media analysis .
Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Support product strategy and execution for Expansion products , collaborating with global teams throughout the product lifecycle. Contribute to new product development, SKU management, and promotional programs. Effectively communicate the strategy with key business stakeholder s.
Financial Planning & Performance Tracking : Develop business cases, set pricing, monitor product performance, and manage P&L for assigned lines.
Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with Brand and Category Management to help shape content and materials for market activations, including go-to-market planning, digital assets, and end-user engagement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Build relationships & c ollaborate with engineering, industrial design, brand , sales, finance, and supply chain teams to drive product launches while supporting channel and sales goals and ensuring strategic alignment.

BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field , and or combination of relevant education/experience
0-3 years of P roduct M anagement experience
Ability to work effectively across functions to lead and influence teams
Excellent written and verbal communication , and presentation skills
Demonstrated problem solving, research, and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Adaptability through shifting priorities
Experience using various computer applications including Microsoft Office and PowerBI
Must have a “can-do” attitude – the desire to go above and beyond in all you do!
Willingness to travel
Role is Hybrid with 3 days per week in o ffice
Preferred Qualifications:
Consumer Products experience
Experience working directly with retailers or other large customers
Experience working for a large global company
Experience working in a matrixed reporting structure

The Salary range for this position is $51,700.00 - $83,300.00
This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
