We are seeking a dynamic individual, with a proven track record in experiential marketing, to join our team. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall Holman Motorcars marketing and experience strategy. Your responsibilities will revolve around working with the Supervisor of Ultra Luxury Marketing, Marketing Strategy Manager and our OEM partners to support the marketing and event goals. Primary Job Functions: Plan, support, and execute Holman Motorcars events and brand activations, ensuring a premium and consistent client experience. Develop, cultivate, and maintain strategic relationships with key affinity partners. Execute and manage OEM marketing plans in collaboration with the Marketing Supervisor and Marketing Strategy Manager. Coordinate closely with teams in St. Louis and Fort Lauderdale to ensure seamless cross-location collaboration. Participate in regular sales and store meetings to support sales initiatives and align on tactical programs. Engage with OEM partners to review and refine marketing strategies while building and maintaining strong relationships with leadership teams. Partner with in-store content creators to produce compelling multimedia content (photography, video, and digital assets) for social media, websites, and other platforms. Manage social media accounts, including planning and publishing content on a consistent schedule to drive engagement and brand awareness. Perform website maintenance, including regular updates, edits, and content management. Track, analyze, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance. Develop, manage, and execute the eDM (email direct marketing) strategy to support lead generation and customer engagement. Prepare and submit co-op marketing claims through OEM portals, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and reimbursement requirements. Lead and host recurring meetings to present updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership. Enhance in-store branding and elevate the client experience, while building relationships with exotic car owners and enthusiast groups to strengthen brand presence. Maintain flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to support event schedules and activations. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
