We seek Assistant Project Manager | Project Coordination & Analytical Support [USCG15015] candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as USCG. JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as a Assistant Project Manager [Program Management And Analytical Support Services] in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focussing on Risk Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) - Personnel Service Center (CG-PSC) (USCG / CG-PSC) | CG-PSC Business Operations Division (PSC-BOPS) / Mission Support Portfolio Generally Located In Washington, DC and across the United States – Mid-Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working On-Site (Client Site).
Provide organizational transformation, strategic execution, and mission-support modernization within a Federal civilian/military environment as part of advisory + execution support, embedded with leadership, focused on outcomes such as adoption, alignment, performance improvement, and decision quality. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Assistant Project Manager | Project Coordination & Analytical Support [USCG15015]
Assist PM with execution support: meeting scheduling, agendas/minutes, action-item tracking, and follow-ups.
Maintain project trackers (schedule, risks/issues, decisions, dependencies) and produce routine status reports.
Conduct research and data gathering; support analysis and documentation of findings.
Draft communications and reports; support SharePoint/O365 collaboration spaces and file organization.
Provide surge support for data cleanup, migration prep, or validation activities as assigned.
Support onboarding/offboarding documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for project routines.

Desired Qualifications For Assistant Project Manager | Project Coordination & Analytical Support [USCG15015] (USCG15015) Candidates:
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
Associate's in Engineering, Business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred); PMP desired.
4 yrs; or 3 yrs with a Bachelor's or higher.
