Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions. Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: Manage credit approval and asset quality management for the designated portfolio. Perform critical risk analysis on credit application, identify potential risks and make recommendations for Credit Committee approval. Act as a risk sponsor of large and complicated deals in terms of pre-screening process, advisory of product/transaction structure from risk perspectives and project due diligence. Work with business counterpart in proactive credit management of the designated credit portfolio in terms of credit migration monitoring, stress testing and early alert as well as criticized portfolio management. Monitor account utilization, performance and loan compliance, alert marketing unit for irregularities. Requirements: Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines. Professional qualification e.g. CCRP(CPM), FRM or CFA preferred. Minimum 10 years credit risk experience with approval authority. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, cash flow modelling and credit administration. Good credit judgment, analytical with good communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Vice President.)
