DUTIES: • Lead and manage agile and waterfall software development from inception to completion. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Implement and maintain agile methodologies, ensuring teams adhere to best practices. • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions. • Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement. • Work closely with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog. • Coordinate release planning and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. • Resolve conflicts and remove impediments to keep the team productive. • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in agile practices. • Communicate effectively between technical and non-technical people Experience/Skills: • Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager in a software development environment. • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity. • Familiarity with project management tools and software development lifecycle. • Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a plus. Communication: Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. Strong teamwork skills are required as  well. Preferred Experience: • Success in leveraging both traditional practices (waterfall), as well as emerging methods (e.g.,  Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps, etc.) that are optimized for agility. • Experience managing and integrating IT/OT products for large-scale complex project. • Experience implementing IaaS, PaaS, SaaS solutions that include software/hardware  components or sensors.  • Working knowledge of data and information security in such as DoD, DOE or NNSA environment  a plus.
